Mommy Monday: Mommy In Every Form

Happy Mommy Monday everyone! It's Monday, Mommy Monday to be exact! Moms aren't just woman as many of you know, moms and dads sometimes have to play a different role. They have to be daddy's and daddy's have to be Mommys.

Life has a funny way of showing love to so many that need and want the love. Dads have to come home and braid a child's hair, when they don't even know how to paint a little girls thumb nail or even know how to talk about that special tome of the month to there child. Or talk to there child about other things "A mom would talk about" All they know is that, the hair they just combed on there daughter and the outfit they just picked out for there son for school that morning is going to look great and there proud of it.

Mom's have to be dads as well, some moms don't know how to throw a ball or to teach there child to do most things "Dads would be there for" or the things "Mom would be there for" it's all a work in progress. Moms have to be both mom and dad and dads have to be both dad and mom as well, and you know what? That's alright as long as you try, you don't ever fail.

Sometimes its your neighbor that's the parent to the child or even the teacher that is there sometimes just someone who will be there. So always take into consideration that a mommy isn't just someone who will have the baby or even the one who will claim the child or tittle. sometimes its the grandmother that was always there or the aunt that help wipe away every tear, or even the woman that said "ill be your mommy, i love you." A mommy is a strong woman/person one who will be there for her child at anytime because a mommy comes in any shape or form.

I would like to say thank you to all the Mommys that wer and stil are there for me. I love you, Lucy and I both do.

Lucy And I Find A Lost Dog,

Oh im so excited to tell you guys that this little puppy is finally reunited with her family! I'm so happy for her I found the flyer on my way back just from the park and playing with her and bam! I see a flyer with her picture that says missing dog. I call the owner right away and Lucy and I go looking for the dog again.

I called the number and her mom answered and I found her again Lucy played with her till her parents got there. They wer oh so very happy and delighted! I'm glad I got to help them find there family member.

Her name is sandy! I did not take any reward. I told them the best reward was seeing how happy they wer to get there family member back. Here's some cute pics if here and with Lucy.

Top Fruits and Vegies To Cleanse

Here are some healthy foods that will help you detox your body and feel good and clean. They will be great not only in moving things along the way, but also on your skin. It will show a very big difference. Enjoy!

Don't forget to drink water and stay away from soda and the bad stuff.

Water V.S Soda Challenge

Okay so, I know so many people drink soda or some other go to drink and so do I every now and then. But I would much rather drink water. I rarely drink it anymore at all. But if I do I go with a diet coke it's not as bad for you but it's still soda so, no more soda. It's better for you and doesn't slow you down. Here's why you should give up the "good stuff"

Soda does taste really good, but if your trying to loose weight and not seeing any results, well then, it's the soda. It makes you bloated and full. Just like any drink would make you feel if you drink to much water as well. But, with soda it's not going to help clean you out and will be good for your skin. It's going to make you bloated and tired and not want to go at it with those workouts.

So try not drinking any soda for a whole week and let me know how you feel right after that? You can do this! Just try it for one week no excuses on why you need to drink soda.

Water will help you so much on your new start to a new healthy you. Like I said yesterday so many people don't drink enough water. So drink up and stay hydrated everyone.

So here's my homework/ challenge for you tonight. No sodas for a whole week starting today. If you already had one, well after that one then no more. Tell me how it goes. Drink up on plenty of water.

Water Works

Everyone knows that you should always stay hydrated, At all times. Not just in the summer. Even while working out always stay hydrated. But did you know that most people don't know to drink eight to ten glasses of water a day?

That's right, everyday. Water does the body good and really can help. Drinking water helps clean your system and hydrates your body and is also good for your skin as well, keeps your skin refreshed and feeling good and clean. So drink all the water you can and since you are working out twice as hard you will need all the water you can get since you will be very thirsty so stay hydrated at all times.

Drink eight to ten glasses if water daily. Ill be sharing some fun ways to mix up your water as well soon. I know at times water gets boring so no worrying you will still be able to drink your water but without any guilt.

Challenge your self this week I want you to go a whole week without any sodas or any other drinks but water. Let me know how that goes if you succeeded, Good luck!

Don't Let The Scale Weigh You Down

Hi guys, this is going to be my first of what I promised of fitness and nutritional and workout and all things to keep you healthy. Ill probably be doing way more with this so stay tuned. I hope I don't let you all down. So first things first, Im not an expert I just know what I know, research, Study, and want to always learn more. As always I will be giving you all the sources that I get my info from and products and so much more.

So first off, the SCALE! It is not, I repeat NOT your best friend. When I first started working out I would go insane! If I lost one pound I would jump for joy. But if I seem I had gain two pounds I would go nuts I would think I was doing something wrong. I know most of you have been down this road as well? It's a scary time especially when you first start off to loose weight. If you want progress and want to see something fast then don't check that scale. It's going to keep going up and down with your weight loss and muscle gain. So just relax it will be there and so will you. So just focus and being a more healthier you.

Always keep in mind that you are working out for a healthier you, to treat your body good and strong. If you go crazy on numbers and what the scale says I can tell you that you will go back to square one and want to throw in the towel right away.

So as your first thing tonight is to just weigh in and if you don't have a scale that's alright. But for those that do weigh in and start moving and keep going your almost there. But remember the scale doesn't define your body or who you are. Set a Goal on your health and where you want to be from now till a few months or even by next year. Just know your self and push yourself no more staying in your comfort zone.

What's Your New Years Resolution?

Hi guys! Happy new year! So I really don't have a New Years resolution. But I do always tell myself every year these 3 things, hope they help you.

#1. Don't ever forget to smile. Don't let anyone take that from you. Be happy all the time at anytime. Smiling is so much fun.

#2. Just be you. Don't let anyone tell you different. If that what makes you happy then go on and do that.

#3. Dream big! Go really far with your dreams in life, big or small I believe in you. So dose someone else. Don't ever give up and remember that there is someone who will listen to you.

And a new one is #4. Your emotions have no time limit.

I love you guys so new years resolution or not, go out there and be the best you that you can be!
